According to the construction method, through filling the sand intothe steel casing, the sand filling pile is formed; the sand filling pile and the hard rock stratum are displaced, so that the trestle steel pipe pile is conveniently driven into soil; and in addition, the trestle steel pipe pile can be recycled after being pulled out, so that the construction cost is reduced.
