The method comprises the following steps of transportation of steel pipe piles: transporting processed steel pipes to a piling point by adopting a truck-mounted crane; steel pipe pile construction: interface cleaning; welding; cleaning and treatment of welding seams; transverse connection and steel corbel construction: transverse connection between the piles and construction of a steel corbel; construction of a lower cross beam: specifically, a pile top cross beam is I40b double-spliced I-shaped steel, and the pile top cross beam is integrally hoisted and placed after steel pipe pile construction is completed; construction of an upper structure: installing Bailey beams mounting of an upper cross beam and a bridge deck slab; construction of a safety protection handrail; and construction of a temporary power facility platform and a cable bracket. The main trestle construction method provided by the invention can be suitable for construction and erection of the main trestle in the deepwater area, the construction safety is high, and the construction period is short; the safety protection handrails are installed on the two sides of the main trestle, and the safety performance in the construction process is improved; and meanwhile, the purposes of rapid construction and guarantee of quality and construction period can be achieved, and better use prospects can be brought.
