The invention discloses a high-pressure jet grouting device for civil engineering. The high-pressure jet grouting device comprises a drill rod, wherein the lower end of the drill rod is rotatably connected with the top side of a coaxial round box through a sealed bearing; the top side of the round box is open; first jet holes are separately formed in the left side and the right side of the inner wall of the round box; the inner wall of the lower end of the drill rod is fixedly connected with the periphery of a coaxial first inner tube; a coaxial vertical shaft is arranged in the first inner tube; the lower end of the vertical shaft is fixedly connected with the bottom of the round box; first spiral blades are fixedly mounted on the upper part of the periphery of the vertical shaft; and theperiphery of each first spiral blade is in sliding contact fit to the inner periphery of the first inner tube. The high-pressure jet grouting device is simple in structure and skillful in concept, and a spray head is driven to rotate or swing by kinetic energy generated by spraying flow, so that energy consumption generated by rotation or swing of the drill rod along with the spray head is avoided, and therefore, energy consumption can be reduced; and moreover, different jet modes can be freely exchanged, so that market needs can be met, and the high-pressure jet grouting device is suitable for being popularized.
