The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly discloses a civil construction engineering structure gap grouting device which comprises a moving table, and a grooving mechanism, a wetting mechanism and a grouting mechanism which are sequentially arranged on the moving table; the grooving mechanism comprises a covering assembly, a grooving assembly installed on the covering assembly and a packing assembly arranged below the grooving assembly. Chippings are covered through the covering assembly, so that the chippings are prevented from entering a gap channel from an opening which is not slotted at the front end of the structural gap, and the chippings are received through the packing assembly, so that the chippings are prevented from entering the gap channel below the slotting position of the structural gap; water mist sprayed by the wetting mechanism is attached to the inner walls of the two sides of the gap channel, so that the humidity of the inner walls of the gap channel is increased, and subsequent better combination with slurry is facilitated; and a flow guide channel is formed in the slurry scraping plate, overflowing slurry can be reutilized, loss of the slurry is effectively reduced, meanwhile, a gap channel in the front can be pre-filled, and the grouting efficiency is improved.
