The invention relates to a progressive direct pressure water taking pipe well closed structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a bottom conical head, a push rod, a seal pipeand a top blocking group plate. The bottom conical head is divided into an upper conical ring body and a lower conical head which are embedded and sleeved mutually, the upper conical ring body and aprogressive direct pressure water taking pipe on the upper portion of the upper conical ring body are fixed, an inner conical slope used for abutting against an embedded part of the lower conical headis arranged on the periphery of a port in the lower end of the upper conical ring body, the inner conical slope is configured with a conical slope reinforcing rib, an inner conical slope abutting-against rib is arranged on the upper periphery of the lower conical head, an annular pressing edge is arranged on the upper portion o the lower conical head, an abutting force plate is arranged above thelower conical head, an abutting force plate supporting rod is arranged between the abutting force plate and the lower conical head, the lower end of the push rod can abut against the abutting force plate, the upper end of the push rod is connected with the lower end of the seal pipe, and the top blocking group plate comprises a force bearing base layer platform, a conversion platform plate and afinal seal plate. The bottom conical head is designed to be of a separation structure, and the problems that the progressive direct pressure water taking pipe can be directly used as the seal pipe, the cost is high, and repeated use cannot be achieved are solved.
本发明涉及一种逐进直压取水管井封闭构造及其施工方法,包括底锥头、推杆、封管和顶部封堵组板;底锥头分成相互嵌套的上锥环体和下锥头;上锥环体与其上部的逐进直压取水管相固定,上锥环体下端通口周部设置有用于与下锥头嵌入部分抵触的内锥坡,内锥坡配置有锥坡加强肋,下锥头上周部设置有内锥坡抵触肋,下锥头的上部还设置有环形压沿;下锥头的上方设置有抵力板,抵力板与下锥头之间设置有抵力板支杆;推杆的下端能够抵触在抵力板上,推杆的上端与封管的下端相连接,顶部封堵组板包括承力基层平台、转换平台板和终结封板。本发明主要通过将底锥头设计成可分离结构,从而解决将逐进直压取水管直接作为封管使用,成本较高,不能重复使用的问题。
