The invention discloses an embedded joint structure for reserving a closed casing pipe and a construction method thereof. The embedded joint structure comprises a structural steel bar and a connecting piece, wherein additional steel bars are installed on the inner side of the structural steel bar, the connecting piece is installed at the connecting joint of the structural steel bar and the additional steel bars, the connecting piece comprises a connecting plate I and a connecting plate II, and a threaded column at the bottom of the connecting plate I is in threaded connection with a threaded cylinder which is connected to the top of the connecting plate II. According to the embedded joint structure for reserving the closed casing pipe and the construction method thereof, firstly, the additional steel bars are arranged on the inner side of the structural steel bar, so that an embedded pipeline can be preferably fixed, and the embedded casing pipe is prevented from deforming or shaking during concrete pouring; and secondly, grooves are formed in the inner sides of the connecting plates, and the threaded column and the threaded cylinder are arranged between the connecting plates, so that the connecting joint between the steel bars can be stably fixed, additionally, the positions of the steel bars can be freely adjusted as required, the steel bar fixing difficulty is reduced, and the steel bar connecting efficiency is improved.
