The deviation rectifying method for the intercity rail transit comprises the following steps of determining the positions, the diameter, the intervals and the pile length of rigid piles; determining the deviation direction of a bridge pier, and arranging stress release measures on the road opposite to the deviation direction; sequentially driving N rows of high-pressure jet grouting piles from outside to inside between the rigid piles on the side in the deviation direction, wherein N is greater than or equal to 2; and removing the stress release measures and backfilling soil. The deviation rectifying method for the intercity rail transit can be used for deviation rectifying under urban complex geological conditions.
