The invention discloses a concrete pouring hopper device. The concrete pouring hopper device comprises a charging hopper, a flow detecting sensor, an electric valve, a bearing and a pouring pipe. Thetop of the charging hopper is open, and a discharging port is formed in the bottom of the charging hopper. A connecting flange is arranged on the discharging port. The flow detecting sensor and the connecting flange are connected and arranged on the discharging port. The electric valve is arranged below the flow detecting sensor, and the electric valve is connected with the flow detecting sensor through a bolt. The pouring pipe is arranged below the electric valve, and the pouring pipe is connected with the electric valve. The bearing is further arranged between the pouring pipe and the electric valve. According to the concrete pouring hopper device, by means of combined application of the flow detecting sensor and the electric valve in the charging hopper, the concrete pouring speed is controlled to solve the technical problem that a traditional manual pouring mode can bring pouring errors and is low in efficiency, and therefore the pouring amount is acquired precisely through the flow detecting sensor, the flowing speed is precisely controlled through the electric valve, then construction errors are reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
