HOPPER FOR POURING CONCRETE
The present invention relates to a hopper for pouring concrete, which can suppress or prevent concrete from remaining on a surface in a main body and uniformly supply concrete in a fixed amount to a pouring position. A hopper part (11) includes a first hopper (110) positioned on the top, a second hopper (130) positioned in the middle, and a third hopper (112) positioned on the bottom. The second hopper (130) is arranged to be moved between the first hopper (110) and the second hopper (130). A moving maintaining part (140) maintains the second hopper (130) on the first hopper (110) to be moved. The moving maintaining part (140) includes: a first holder part (141) accommodating the circumference of the bottom of the first hopper (110) in the form of enclosing the circumference of the bottom of the first hopper (110); a second holder part (142) accommodating the circumference of the top of the second hopper (130) in the form of enclosing the circumference of the top of the second hopper (130); a connection unit (143) connecting the first holder part (141) and the second holder part (142) at the ends thereof; a first fixing unit (144) installed on the first holder part (141) to fix one end of the connection unit (143) on the first holder part (141); a second fixing unit (145) installed on the second holder part (142) to fix the other end of the connection unit (143) on the second holder part (142); and an adjustment unit (146) coupled to the connection unit (143) to adjust the depth at which the first hopper (110) is accommodated in the second hopper (130).
본 발명은 본체 내부의 표면에 콘크리트가 잔류하는 것을 억제하거나 방지할 수 있으며 콘크리트를 타설위치로 일정한 양으로 균일하게 공급할 수 있는 콘크리트 타설용 호퍼에 관한 것으로, 호퍼부(11)는, 상단에 위치하는 제1 호퍼(110)와, 중간에 위치하는 제2 호퍼(130)와, 하단에 위치하는 제3 호퍼(112)를 포함하되, 상기 제2 호퍼(130)는 상기 제1 호퍼(110)와 상기 제2 호퍼(130) 사이에 가동 가능하게 배치되고, 가동 유지부(140)가 상기 제2 호퍼(130)를 상기 제1 호퍼(110)에 가동 가능하게 유지하며, 상기 가동 유지부(140)는, 상기 제1 호퍼(110)의 하단부 둘레를 감싸는 상태로 수용하는 제1 홀더부(141); 상기 제2 호퍼(130)의 상단부 둘레를 감싸는 상태로 수용하는 제2 홀더부(142); 상기 제1 홀더부(141)와 상기 제2 홀더부(142)를 단부에서 연결하는 연결유닛(143); 상기 연결유닛(143)의 일단을 상기 제1 홀더부(141)에 고정시키도록 상기 제1 홀더부(141)에 설치되는 제1 고정유닛(144); 상기 연결유닛(143)의 타단을 상기 제2 홀더부(142)에 고정시키도록 상기 제2 홀더부(142)에 설치되는 제2 고정유닛(145); 및 상기 제1 호퍼(110)가 상기 제2 호퍼(130)에 수용되는 깊이를 조절하도록 상기 연결유닛(143)에 결합되는 조절유닛(146)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
