The invention relates to the field of buildings, and specifically discloses an industrialized prefabricated house. The industrialized prefabricated house comprises a wall system and a roof system, wherein the wall system comprises a plurality of wall components which are mutually spliced; each wall component comprises an outer baffle plate, a wall mold frame and an inner wall plate; the outer baffle plate and the inner wall plate are arranged on the mold frame and are oppositely arranged so as to form a wall grouting chamber between the outer baffle plate and the inner wall plate and define the thickness of the wall grouting chamber; after building slurry poured into the wall grouting chamber is solidified, the outer baffle plate, the wall mold frame and the inner wall plate are integrated; flow guide holes for passing of the building slurry are formed in the wall mold frames so as to enable the wall grouting chambers between the wall components mutually spliced to be interconnected; the roof system comprises a plurality of roof components mutually spliced, and covers the upward side of the wall system; and each roof component comprises a roof mold frame, a roof bearing plate and an upper baffle plate. The industrialized prefabricated house has the advantages of simple and fast installation.
