Anchoring device for building construction
The invention discloses an anchoring device for building construction. The anchoring device comprises a grouting pipe, steel strands, an anchoring plate, a bearing plate and a compression spring, wherein a plurality of steel strands are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the grouting pipe; the anchoring plate is anchored to the outer ends of the steel strands through anchoring tools; the bearing plate is pushed by the elastic force of the compression spring positioned between the bearing plate and the anchoring plate to press the ground; the steel strands are sleeved with a plurality of grout stopping plugs in the length direction and are divided into a plurality of anchoring sections through the grout stopping plugs; a plurality of groups of grout outlet holes corresponding to the plurality of anchoring sections in a one-to-one manner are formed in the pipe wall of the grouting pipe; a grout mixing pipe capable of rotating around an axis is coaxially arranged inthe grouting pipe; and a plurality of groups of grout passing holes corresponding to the grout outlet holes in a one-to-one manner are formed in the pipe wall of the grout mixing pipe, and the groutpassing holes in each group are staggered in the circumferential direction. According to the anchoring device, grouting is carried out section by section to ensure that the whole section of the grouting pipe has high grouting pressure, grouting cavities are avoided, and the anchoring capacity is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工用锚固装置,包括注浆管、钢绞线、锚固板、承压板和压紧弹簧;所述钢绞线为多根并沿所述注浆管周向均匀分布;所述锚固板通过锚具锚固于所述钢绞线的外端;所述承压板通过位于其与锚固板之间的所述压紧弹簧的弹力推动下压紧地面;所述钢绞线的沿长度方向外套有多个止浆塞,并通过所述止浆塞分隔为多个锚固段;所述注浆管的管壁设有与多个所述锚固段一一对应的多组出浆孔;所述注浆管内同轴设有可绕轴线转动的配浆管;所述配浆管的管壁设有与所述出浆孔一一对应的多组过浆孔且各组所述过浆孔沿周向错开;本发明采用逐段注浆的方法进行注浆,确保注浆管全段均具有较高的注浆压力,避免注浆空洞,提高锚固能力。
