The invention discloses an anchoring device for building equipment. The anchoring device comprises a device body, a tensioning wheel, a first guide rail groove, a first steel wire rope, a guide rail wheel, a supporting table, a supporting column, a second guide rail groove and the like. The anchoring device is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost, convenient to install and complete in function, a first motor and a second motor drive the supporting table and a standing table to move up and down, a user can conveniently adjust the height, and the range is large; a fence anda safety rope which are arranged on the standing table are fixed on a locking ring to ensure the safety of personnel, so that the problem that an existing anchoring device cannot ensure the safety ofthe user is solved; through arrangement of a slow descending anchoring device, the user rotates a worm by rocking a handle by hand to drive a first limiting block and a second limiting block on a first limiting wheel and a second limiting wheel to move, a second steel wire rope penetrating through the inner part is twisted and blocked, anchoring is achieved, and when descending is needed, the handle is rocked to be loosened, so that the user descends.
