The invention discloses a synchronous construction method for a wall and a main body frame in a steel structure building and belongs to the technical field of constructional engineering. The synchronous construction method includes the six steps that frame columns are installed, wallboards are initially assembled, a frame beam is installed, the wallboards are adjusted, a floor slab is poured, anda fireproof plate is installed. The construction method overturns the inherent thought that after construction of a main body framework of an original steel structure, then wallboards are installed; the wallboards are initially assembled after the frame columns are installed and before the frame beam is installed; then the wallboards are fine adjusted and fixed after the frame beam is installed, the operation space of the wallboards is increased, so that the wallboards can be inserted from the upper portion, and are very close to the installing positions of the wallboards, it is avoided that the wallboards are manually moved at a large distance, manpower in the wallboard installing process is relieved, the wallboard installing time is shortened, and the construction period can be shortenedeasily; and the floor slab adopts a concrete in-place pouring form on a disassembling-free truss plate provided with a rebar net frame, the integrality of the floor slab is greatly enhanced, and theengineering quality can be improved easily.
