The invention discloses a separate hoisting construction method for a net rack in a smoke purifying room. The net rack in the smoke purifying room is composed of an eastern net rack body, a western net rack body and a middle net rack body. By means of the construction method of separate hoisting of starting spans and high bulks, it is avoided that large crane stations cannot be used due to the limitation of site conditions; by arranging dual-layer hawsers on temporary supporting frames, the overall stability is ensured when the temporary supporting frames bear pressure; and by arranging roundtube temporary supports and tower crane standard knot temporary supports, aloft smooth rod supplementing of net rack units is ensured, the temporary supporting frames can be repeatedly used in later projects after a project is completed, and therefore social resources can be saved to the maximum extent, resource advantages can be brought into full play, and resources are optimally utilized.
本发明公开了一种烟气净化间网架分块吊装施工方法，其中：烟气净化间网架由东部网架、西部网架和中部网架组成。本发明采用分块吊装起步跨加高空散装的施工方法，避免因现场场地条件限制，而无法使用大型吊车站位的情况；通过在临时支撑的支撑架设置双层缆风绳，保证其受压时整体稳定性；通过设置圆管临时支撑和塔吊标准节临时支撑，保证网架单元高空顺利补杆，临时支撑架在工程完成后可在以后的工程中重复利用，这样以来不仅可以最大限度的节省社会资源，而且可以充分发挥资源优势，达到对资源的最佳利用。
