The invention discloses a reinforced concrete structure sleeve and an application method of the reinforced concrete structure sleeve. The reinforced concrete structure sleeve comprises a steel sleeve.Multiple nuts are arranged at the two ends of the outer wall of the steel sleeve. Due to the fact that the reinforced concrete structure sleeve serves as a pre-embedded beam penetrating sleeve for the portion, passing through a structural beam, of a pipeline, the length of the steel sleeve is equal to the width of the structural beam. By the adoption of the reinforced concrete structure sleeve, the nuts are arranged on the steel sleeve, the steel sleeve and structural beam pouring formworks are stably connected through bolts, and therefore the position of the steel sleeve can be unchanged when the pouring of the structural beam is conducted, and the quality of the structural beam finished product is high. Meanwhile, the bolted connection is convenient and fast, the problems that the welding labor efficiency is low, and the rebar quality of the structural beam is affected due to the stress concentration on the welded portion are solved, and the pollution generated by the welding fume on the indoor operation site is reduced.
