The invention discloses a low nitrogen decomposing furnace for a cement production line and a low nitrogen denitration technology technique for the cement production line. The decomposing furnace comprises two upper coal powder injection ports and four lower coal powder injection ports, two upper combustors, and four lower combustors, wherein the two upper combustors, forming included angles of 25-35 degrees with the horizontal plane, enter into the decomposing furnace and are symmetrically arranged; and the four lower combustors enter into the decomposing furnace horizontally tangentially andare nearly symmetrically arranged. A denitration reduction area is designed in a cone part of the decomposing furnace, so that the combustion space is increased. A pulverized coal feeding proportionin the cone part of the decomposing furnace is increased properly while full combustion of the pulverized coal is guaranteed, so that a reducing atmosphere generated by oxygen-deficient combustion isguaranteed. As the reducing area is formed in the cone part of the decomposing furnace to reduce a lot of NOx in kiln tail flue gas, a good denitration effect is generated. By implementing the technical scheme, finally, NOx concentration at an outlet of a preheater is reduced to 550 mg/Nm<3> or below and the comprehensive denitration efficiency is 50% or over.
本发明公开了一种水泥生产线低氮分解炉和水泥生产线低氮脱硝技术方法,该分解炉包括两个上部喷煤口、四个下部喷煤口;两个上部燃烧器,两个上部燃烧器与水平面成25‑35°的夹角进入分解炉,并且对称布置;四个下部燃烧器,水平切向进入分解炉,并且接近对称布置。本发明在分解炉锥部设计脱氮还原区,增加了燃烧空间。在保证煤粉充分燃烧的同时,适当增加分解炉锥部的煤粉喂入比例,保证缺氧燃烧产生的还原气氛;在分解炉锥部形成还原区,还原窑尾烟气中大量的NO,产生良好的脱硝效果。本技术方案实施后,最终使得预热器出口NO浓度降低到550mg/Nm以下,综合脱硝效率在50%以上。
