A transparent resin light guide body with an integrated structure and a building block forming mold are prepared by utilizing the 3D printing technology. The special-shaped concrete building block mold is prepared through 3D printing, the size is accurate, the problem that a special-shaped block forming mold is difficult to prepare is solved, the preparation process of the special-shaped light-transmitting concrete building block is simplified,and the production cost is reduced. The cross section of the building block in the light transmission direction can be in various shapes; the light guide body is made of colorless or colored transparent resin with high light transmittance, and the volume ratio of the light guide body in the building block can reach 30%. A forming mold through 3D printing can be made of transparent or opaque resin, and the transparent mold can also be used as a light guide body. A base body is made of a shrinkage-free self-compacting high-strength inorganic cementing material and can be compacted and formed without vibration.
