Moreover, by adjusting the proportion of the raw materials of the mortar, the mortar is suitable for extrusion printing of 3D printing equipment, the light-transmitting concrete can be directly printed and formed through the 3D printing equipment, the light-transmitting concrete does not need to be manufactured through a template, the manufacturing cost of the template is saved, and in addition, the manpower and time consumption in the manufacturing process of the light-transmitting concrete is also reduced; and the manufacturing efficiency of the light-transmitting concrete can be improved.
本发明提供了一种3D打印透光混凝土结构及其制备方法,通过调整砂浆原料的配比,使得砂浆适合3D打印设备挤出打印,在满足铺设导光层的时间要求的同时,具有成型质量好而保持较佳的力学性能,从而使得堆叠成型的3D打印透光混凝土结构兼具良好的透光性和较强的力学性能。并且,通过调整砂浆原料的配比,使得砂浆适合3D打印设备挤出打印,可直接通过3D打印设备打印成型透光混凝土,无需通过模板制作透光混凝土,节省了模板的制作成本,另外也降低了透光混凝土制作过程中的人力和时间消耗,可提高透光混凝土的制作效率。
