The invention provides a preparation method of a high-temperature electric furnace heat-insulation porous ceramic lining, and belongs to the field of ceramic materials. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: preparing porous nanosilicon carbide components, carrying out dry grinding on rho-aluminum oxide, diatomite, a porous nano silicon carbide component and yttrium oxide for 45-50 h, adding an obtained mixture into deionized water, then adding aluminum fluoride, molybdenum trioxide and a polyacrylamide dispersing agent; carrying out wet grinding for 15 to 20h to obtain a slurry with good flowing performance, transferring the slurry into a vacuum drying oven; discharging air in the slurry at negative pressure at 40-45 DEG C; injecting the slurry into a mold under the protection of nitrogen; placing the mold in liquid nitrogen to be frozen for 10-20 min until the internal slurry is completely frozen; transferring the mold into a vacuum freeze dryer; slowly cooling to -50 to -55 DEG C, carrying out freeze-drying for 20-24 hours at the vacuum degree of 50-100Pa, taking the mold out, demolding to obtain a blank, and sintering the crude blank in a vacuum carbon tube furnace. The porous ceramic lining disclosed by the invention is high in compressive strength, high in porosity, low in heat conductivity coefficient, low in density and low in reheating linear shrinkage rate.
本发明提供一种高温电炉隔热保温多孔陶瓷内衬的制备方法,涉及陶瓷材料领域,具体如下:制备多孔纳米碳化硅组分,将ρ‑氧化铝、硅藻土、多孔纳米碳化硅组分、氧化钇干磨45‑50h,加入到去离子水中,再加入氟化铝、三氧化钼、聚丙烯酰胺分散剂,湿磨15‑20h,得到流动性能良好的浆料,将浆料转移至真空干燥箱中,40‑45℃负压排掉浆料中的空气,再于氮气保护下将浆料注入模具中,将模具置于液氮中冷冻10‑20min待内部浆料完全冻结后,转移入真空冷冻干燥机中,缓慢降温至零下50‑55℃,并在真空度50‑100Pa的条件下冷冻干燥20‑24h,取出脱模,得到胚体,将粗胚置于真空碳管炉中烧结,本发明多孔陶瓷内衬抗压强度高,孔隙率高,导热系数低,密度小,重烧线收缩率低。
