The invention discloses a method for improving density of an ultrathin piezoelectric ceramic piece, which belongs to a preparation method of piezoelectric ceramic pieces. The invention discloses a preparation method of the piezoelectric ceramic piece, and aims to provide the preparation method of the piezoelectric ceramic piece which can meet the requirement of large-scale batch production and improve the product quality. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps that piezoelectric ceramic powder, an adhesive, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a plasticizer, ethylalcohol and deionized water are mixed and subjected to ball milling, and slurry is obtained; bubbles in the slurry are removed, and then a film strip with a thickness of 0.02-0.1 mm is formed throughtape casting; finish rolling the cast film strip is subjected to finish rollingto reach the required thickness, and the reduction amount of the thickness of each time of finish rolling is 0.005-0.02 mm; and stamping is carried out on the finish-rolled film strip into a film sheet, and then steps of discharging glue and sintering are carried out. The density of the piezoelectric ceramic piece finished product prepared by the method can reach 98% or above of the theoretical density.
