Polycarboxylate water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of water reducing agent preparation, and particularly discloses a polycarboxylate water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The polycarboxylate water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 34 to 38% of a methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether monomer, 1.5 to 2% of terminated amide phosphate,3.2 to 4% of an acrylic monomer, 0.42 to 0.66% of an initiator, 0.06 to 0.08% of a reducing agent, 0.5 to 1% of an alkaline regulator and the balance being deionized water. The polycarboxylate waterreducing agent provided by the invention contains carboxyl and amide structures, and also contains phosphate groups, so the obvious dispersion effect and retention effect can be improved; the polycarboxylate water reducing agent has good fluidity and slump retaining capacity under the conditions of low water cement ratio and low mixing amount, has strong adaptability to cement, achieves the purpose of slow release and slump retaining, does not contain toxic raw materials in the preparation process, and is simple in preparation process, green and environment-friendly in production process and low in cost.
本发明涉及减水剂制备技术领域,具体公开一种聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。所述聚羧酸减水剂包括如下质量百分比的原料组分:甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚单体34‑38%,封端酰胺磷酸酯1.5‑2%,丙烯酸单体3.2‑4%,引发剂0.42‑0.66%,还原剂0.06‑0.08%,碱性调节剂0.5‑1%,余量为去离子水。本发明提供的聚羧酸减水剂中不但含有羧基和酰胺结构,还含有磷酸酯基团,能够提高显著分散效果和保留效果,在低水灰比和较低掺量的条件下均具有保持较好流动性和坍落度保持能力,并且对水泥表现出很强的适应性,达到了达到缓释保坍的目的,且制备过程不含有毒原料,制备工艺简单,生产过程绿色环保、成本低。
