The invention discloses an anti-mud type polycarboxylate water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The polycarboxylate water reducing agent is a copolymer formed by polymerizing unsaturated polyether macromonomers, unsaturated cationic functional monomers containing glucosyl groups and acrylic acid as raw materials in the presence of an initiator and a chain transfer agent through a free radical copolymerization reaction; the unsaturated polyether macromonomer is selected from any one or two of APEG, HPEG or TPEG; the initiator is selected from at least one of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium persulfate or potassium persulfate; the chain transfer agent is selected from at least one of mercaptopropionic acid, mercaptoacetic acid, sodium methallyl sulfonate or sodium allylsulfonate.The molecular side chain of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent designed and synthesized by the method not only contains a glucose group, but also contains a quaternary ammonium salt group; compared with an existing polycarboxylate water reducing agent, the polycarboxylate water reducing agent has higher adsorption capacity, a glucose structure can form a stable solvated water film on the surfaces of cement particles when being dissolved with cement, direct contact between the cement particles is prevented, hydration is hindered, and the slump loss resistance is improved.
本发明公开了一种抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,所述聚羧酸减水剂是以不饱和聚醚大单体、含葡萄糖基不饱和阳离子功能单体、丙烯酸为原料,在引发剂和链转移剂存在下通过自由基共聚反应聚合而成的共聚物;不饱和聚醚大单体选自APEG、HPEG或TPEG中的任意一种或两种;引发剂选自过氧化氢、过硫酸铵或过硫酸钾中的至少一种;链转移剂选自巯基丙酸、巯基乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠或丙烯磺酸钠中的至少一种。本发明设计合成的聚羧酸减水剂分子侧链上既含有葡萄糖基又含有季铵盐基团,比现有聚羧酸减水剂具有更强的吸附能力,葡萄糖结构还可与水泥溶合时水泥颗粒表面形成一层稳定溶剂化水膜,阻止了水泥颗粒间的直接接触,阻碍了水化的进行而提高保坍性能。
