The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating and stirring the microcrystalline wax and the glyceride to obtain a solution A, adding the non-amine anti-stripping agent and the ultraviolet light absorber UV-531 into the solutionA, performing high-speed shearing to obtain a solution B, adding the light stabilizer 622 and the antioxidant 1010 into the solution B, and performing high-speed shearing and uniform mixing to obtainthe warm mixing agent. The warm mixing agent remarkably improves the low-temperature performances of an asphalt mixture, improves the warm mixing effect, can remarkably improve the water damage resistance of the asphalt mixture, improves the ageing resistance of matrix asphalt is improved, and prolongs the service life of a pavement; and the warm mixing agent has good compatibility and storage stability, can effectively reduce the mixing and grinding temperature of the asphalt mixture, and reduces the energy consumption and pollution in the production process.
本发明公开了一种沥青混合料温拌剂、制备方法和应用。温拌剂由微晶蜡、甘油酯、非胺类抗剥落剂、紫外线吸收剂UV‑531、光稳定剂622和抗氧化剂1010制成,重量份数比例为:66:25:6:1:1:1;制备方法包括将微晶蜡与甘油酯加热搅拌得A液,在A液中加入非胺类抗剥落剂、紫外线吸收剂UV‑531,并高速剪切得B液,向B液中加入光稳定剂622、抗氧化剂1010,并高速剪切混合均匀得温拌剂。本发明温拌剂显著提高了沥青混合料的低温性能,温拌效果得到提升,能够显著提高沥青混合料的抗水损害性能,提高基质沥青的抗老化性能,延长了路面的使用年限;本发明具有良好的相容性和储存稳定性,可有效降低沥青混合料拌合与碾压温度,降低生产过程中的能耗和污染。
