The invention discloses a seamless rail splicing mechanism comprising rail plates. Rail rods are arranged on the two sides of the rail plates; the half side of one side of each rail rod is fixedly embedded into the inner wall of one rail plate; the rail rods are arranged at the two ends of the rail plates in a protruding mode. A splicing device is arranged between the two rail plates and comprisesan upper rail clamping plate and a lower rail clamping plate; a plurality of sunk screws are arranged between the upper rail clamping plate and the lower rail clamping plate; the front end faces andthe rear end faces of the upper rail clamping plate and the lower rail clamping plate are in an arc shape and are combined to form a semicircular arc; and the same turnbuckle is arranged between the surfaces of the two rail plates. After combination of the upper rail clamping plate and the lower rail clamping plate, the seamless connection between the two rail plates is realized under fixing of the turnbuckles; the structure is simple, adjustment is convenient; and the effect of coaxial connection between the two rail plates is achieved.
