The invention provides a long-acting anti-rutting semi-flexible steel bridge deck pavement structure and a construction method thereof. The pavement structure comprises a lower pavement layer, an adhesive layer and an upper pavement layer, wherein the lower pavement layer is poured on a steel bridge deck plate; the lower pavement layer is coated with the adhesive layer; and the upper pavement layer comprises a semi-flexible asphalt mixture and cement mortar, the semi-flexible asphalt mixture is poured on the adhesive layer, and the cement mortar is poured into the semi-flexible asphalt mixture. The problem that a traditional pouring type asphalt concrete pavement system is poor in high-temperature stability and insufficient in bridge deck rigidity is solved.
本发明提供了一种长效抗车辙半柔性钢桥面铺装结构及其施工方法,该铺装结构包括:下铺装层,浇筑于钢桥面板上;黏层,涂覆于所述下铺装层上;以及上铺装层,包括半柔性沥青混合料和水泥砂浆,所述半柔性沥青混合料浇筑于所述黏层上,所述水泥砂浆灌注于所述半柔性沥青混合料中。本发明解决了传统的浇筑式沥青混凝土铺装体系存在着高温稳定性差和桥面刚度不足的问题。
