The invention relates to an injection type semi-flexible anti-rutting composite pavement structure which comprises an upper surface layer, a middle surface layer, a lower surface layer, a base layer and a subbase layer from top to bottom in sequence, the upper surface layer and the middle surface layer are connected through a modified emulsified asphalt bonding layer, and the middle surface layer and the lower surface layer are connected through a modified emulsified asphalt bonding layer; the upper surface layer is made of a filling type semi-flexible composite pavement material of an asphalt mixture matrix; the middle surface layer is made of a filling type semi-flexible composite pavement material of an asphalt mixture matrix; the lower surface layer is made of a dense asphalt stabilized macadam mixture; the base layer is a graded broken stone injection type semi-flexible base layer; the subbase layer is made of low-dosage cement stabilized macadam. By adopting the injection type semi-flexible anti-rut composite pavement, the rut damage problem of an asphalt pavement can be effectively solved, and the durability of the pavement is improved.
本发明涉及一种灌入式半柔性抗车辙复合路面结构,该结构组成为:从上至下依次为上面层、中面层、下面层、基层和底基层,其中上面层与中面层之间、中面层和下面层之间采用改性乳化沥青粘结层和连接;所述的上面层采用沥青混合料母体的灌入式半柔性复合路面材料;所述的中面层采用沥青混合料母体的灌入式半柔性复合路面材料;所述的下面层采用密集配沥青稳定碎石混合料;所述的基层采用级配碎石灌入式半柔性基层;所述的底基层采用低剂量水泥稳定碎石。采用本发明的灌入式半柔性抗车辙复合路面可有效解决沥青路面车辙病害问题,改善路面的耐久性。
