Construction method for assembling steel box girder above tramcar
The invention relates to a construction method for assembling a steel box girder above a tramcar, which comprises the steps of erecting temporary supports on the two sides of a rail, wherein the temporary support is provided with a cap head and used for bearing the steel box girder and enabling the steel box girder to have a gap with a distributive girder; assembling the steel box girder on the temporary supports; and sequentially disassembling the temporary supports after assembly, specifically, removing the cap head, arranging outer side pulleys and inner side pulleys on latticed columns onthe two sides of the rail, tying outer side ropes on cross braces close to the end parts, tying inner side ropes on the cross braces close to the midspan, hoisting a distributive girder, performing midspan cutting on the distributive girder, controlling the inner and outer side ropes to slide the distributive girder towards the two sides and then unloading, and finally removing the rest part. By means of the construction method, splicing construction of the bridge steel box girder can be conducted above the rail on the premise that the rail foundation safety and the power grid safety are guaranteed. Meanwhile, the construction efficiency and the safety of rail transit are ensured.
本发明涉及在有轨电车上方拼装钢箱梁的施工方法,在轨道两侧搭设临时支架,临时支架具有帽头用于承接钢箱梁并使钢箱梁与分配梁之间存在间隔,在临时支架上进行钢箱梁的拼装,拼装后依次拆除各个临时支架:去除帽头、在轨道两侧的格构柱上均设置外侧滑轮和内侧滑轮,靠近端部的横撑上系有外侧绳体,靠近跨中的横撑上系有内侧绳体,起吊分配梁、对分配梁进行跨中切割,控制内外侧绳体将分配梁向两侧滑移后卸下,最后拆除剩余部分。本发明的施工方法能够在保证轨道基础安全、电网安全的前提下载轨道上方进行桥梁钢箱梁的拼接施工。同时保证了施工的效率和轨道交通的安全。
