The invention provides a half-section type tramcar prefabricating and assembling construction method. The method specifically comprises the following steps that a base cushion layer is checked and accepted; measuring and setting out; paving a sand cement leveling layer and a plastic gasket; hoisting the components; longitudinal permanent tensioning and vertical permanent tensioning are carried out; and performing grouting construction. According to the technical scheme, the half-section type prefabricated structure is adopted, so that tedious construction procedures in cast-in-place construction can be effectively reduced, cross construction of various procedures is avoided, the high-altitude operation frequency of workers is reduced, potential safety hazards are greatly reduced, and good conditions are provided for safe and civilized construction of a construction site. The economic cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; the waterproof effect is outstanding; a steel reinforcement framework is machined and formed through a full-automatic steel reinforcement mesh welding, bending and forming production line and welded through electric resistance welding, the equipment integrates conveying, blanking, welding and bending, the mesh welding function and the forming mesh bending angle function are achieved on the production line, precision is high, energy consumption is low, smoke and dust are avoided, and the full-automatic steel reinforcement mesh welding, bending and forming device is pioneering in China.
