The invention relates to an energy-saving reflective mirror with a cleaning function. The mirror comprises a bottom plate and two mirror surfaces. The mirror further comprises a cleaning mechanism andan energy-saving mechanism. The cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a driving assembly, a cleaning assembly, a sealing box, two fixing rods, two mounting bearings, two driving shafts and two first air cylinders. The energy-saving mechanism comprises a water tank, a water pump, a water conveying pipe, two photovoltaic panels and two second air cylinders. The driving assembly comprises asecond motor, a first gear and a second gear. The cleaning assembly comprises a first motor, a cleaning brush and a sealing sleeve. According to the energy-saving reflective mirror with the cleaningfunction, the mirror surface can be cleaned through the cleaning mechanism, the definition of the reflective mirror is improved, electric energy can be generated and rainwater can be collected throughthe energy-saving mechanism, consumption of external electric energy and water resources by the reflective mirror is reduced, and the energy-saving performance of the reflective mirror is improved.
