The invention discloses a construction method and a construction device for improving uniformity of a cement mixing pile, and relates to civil construction. The construction device comprises slurryingequipment, a mixing pile machine and a control host. The mixing pile machine comprises a power head, a drill rod, mixing blades and an automatic switching device. Drill rod guniting openings are correspondingly formed in the upper portion and the bottom of the drill rod, and a cement slurry channel is formed in the drill rod and communicated with the drill rod guniting openings. The automatic switching device is arranged at the drill rod guniting opening of the upper part and is configured to realize automatic switching of slurry spraying in the downward drilling process and the upward lifting process. With application of the automatic switching device, automatic guniting switching in the drilling-down process and the lifting process is achieved and downward drilling and lifting in the construction are enabled to be effective stirring and cement and soil are ensured to be fully stirred, the strength of a pile body is consistent, the construction effect of the cement mixing pile is greatly improved, the stirring uniformity can be met through one-time reciprocating stirring construction, the construction period is greatly shortened and the cost is saved.
