The construction device comprises a base, and at least two sets of limiting frames are fixedly arranged on one side of the base; a plurality of groups of stirring shafts are arranged on one side of the limiting frame at equal intervals, and are connected with a driving piece for driving the stirring shafts to rotate; the stirring shafts are arranged to be of hollow structures, each group of stirring shafts is correspondingly and rotationally connected with a slurry conveying cylinder, and the slurry conveying cylinders are connected with outer side slurry making equipment through a high-pressure pump; the position, close to the drill bit, of the stirring shaft is divided into an upper stirring part and a lower stirring part in the axial direction, the upper stirring part and the lower stirring part respectively comprise arc-shaped grooves symmetrically formed in the shaft wall of the stirring shaft, and arc-shaped sealing plates are arranged in the arc-shaped grooves; and stirring blades are fixedly distributed on the outer end surface of the arc-shaped sealing plate and along the radial position of the stirring shaft.
