A deep foundation pit transmission force adjustable device comprises embedded steel bars, plug pins, sliding wheels, guide rails, force transmission steel plates, nuts, force transmission steel plateplug pin holes, a bottom plate or a floor slab, clamping grooves and embedded steel bar holes. The sliding wheels at the ends of the force transmission steel plates are embedded into the clamping grooves to be connected with the guide rails, the sliding wheels can slide in the clamping grooves, the upper ends of the force transmission steel plates are fixed to the guide rails through the plug pins, and the plug pins penetrate through the guide rail plug pin holes and are inserted into the force transmission steel plate plug pin holes. The invention further provides an operation method of the deep foundation pit transmission force adjustable device. The deep foundation pit transmission force adjustable device and the operation method thereof can effectively overcome the defects of a conventional force transmission device and method. The device can achieve force transmission of a post-cast strip between bottom plates or floor slabs and is easy to implement, convenient to operate, low inmanufacturing cost, short in working period and recyclable.
