The invention relates to the technical field of building operation, and discloses a direction-adjustable building foundation pit operation mechanism which comprises a linear guide rail; a transmission shaft of the linear guide rail is fixedly connected with a connecting rod A; the end, away from the linear guide rail, of the connecting rod A is fixedly connected with a connecting rod B; the end, away from the connecting rod A, of the connecting rod B is fixedly connected with a supporting shaft; a hole is formed in the bottom face of the supporting shaft; a center shaft is connected into the hole through a rotating bearing; and a bottom box is connected with the outer wall of the bottom end of the supporting shaft through a rotating bearing. Through the arrangement of a pedal A, compared with an existing hoisting working mechanism, the direction-adjustable building foundation pit operation mechanism is supported in a foundation pit through the bottom box and fixed outside the foundation pit though the linear guide rail, so that the stability of a standing point for supporting an operator is higher. The height and direction of the pedal A can be adjusted through simple control, and the position of the whole mechanism can be adjusted through operation of the linear guide rail, so that the use applicability and the convenience degree are higher, and the operation range is larger.
