The multiple plate teeth are arranged on the wheel surface. The multiple cutting teeth are arranged on the rim, and any cutting tooth comprises a milling head. The milling head of at least one cutting tooth protrudes outof the front end face. The work efficiency of the milling wheel assembly and the double-wheel slot milling machine is improved in a soft-hard mixed stratum, the time for demounting and replacing a milling wheel and moving a host is shortened, and therefore the construction cost is reduced. The milling wheel assembly and the double-wheel slot milling machine can be applied to the engineering machine technology.
