According to the double-wheel slot milling machine, the rotary swing beam capable of rotating relative to the gooseneck boom base body is arranged on the gooseneck boom base body, so that when the construction position of the milling cutter frame needs to be changed, the milling cutter frame can be driven to rotate by directly controlling the rotary swing beam to rotate, and the milling cutter frame does not need to be lifted to the ground and a rotary table does not need to be controlled to rotate; therefore, the working efficiency is improved.
