The invention relates to an upright steel roof waterproof structure and a construction method thereof. The upright steel roof waterproof structure comprises a compressed steel sheet fixedly connectedwith a roof purline, wherein a steam insulation layer, a heat preservation and insulation layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially laid on the compressed steel sheet; surface layer splicing seamsof the heat preservation and insulation layer are bonded through adopting macromolecular waterproof adhesive tapes; the waterproof layer is made of PVC waterproof coiled materials, wherein every twoadjacent PVC waterproof coiled materials are in lap joint, the PVC waterproof coiled materials at the bottoms of the lap joint positions are fixedly connected with the compressed steel sheet through screws, the PVC waterproof coiled materials at the tops of the lap joint positions cover the screws, and the edges of the PVC waterproof coiled materials are welded through hot air. According to the upright steel roof waterproof structure and the construction method thereof, by means of the compressed steel sheet, the steam insulation layer, the heat preservation and insulation layer and the waterproof layer, waterproof and heat preservation effects of a roof are improved; and meanwhile, a paving method combining a border adhibiting method with mechanical fixing is adopted to cooperate with theapplication of the macromolecular waterproof adhesive tapes, so that the waterproof quality of the whole roof is ensured.
本发明涉及一种正置式钢屋面防水结构及其施工方法,所述正置式钢屋面防水结构包括与屋顶檩条固定连接的压型钢板;所述压型钢板的上方依次铺设有隔汽层、保温隔热层以及防水层;所述保温隔热层的面层拼缝处采用高分子防水胶带粘接;所述防水层采用PVC防水卷材,相邻两片所述PVC防水卷材搭接,搭接处,底部的所述PVC防水卷材通过螺钉与所述压型钢板固接,顶部的所述PVC防水卷材覆盖所述螺钉,且边缘采用热风焊接。本发明利用压型钢板、隔汽层、保温隔热层以及防水层,提高了屋面的防水保温效果;采用空铺法与机械固定相结合的铺贴方法配合高分子防水胶带的应用,确保了整体屋面的防水质量。
