The invention relates to the field of coating devices, in particular to a coating brush facilitating control over the coating thickness. The coating brush comprises a fixing rod, an extension structure, a coating structure, a cleaning structure, an injection structure, a fixing structure, a pressure relief structure and a regulating structure; the feeding structure is driven to work by the coatingstructure synchronously while the coating structure works for coating; through cooperative application of the coating structure and the injection structure, the coating injection work can be made forthe coating structure automatically while the coating is performed, and manual repeated dipping of coatings or additional coating work is not required; not only can manpower be saved, but also the coating efficiency can be improved greatly, namely that when the coating structure does not work, the coatings are not injected into the coating structure; thus, the function of avoiding coating waste can be achieved, and through arrangement of the cleaning structure, particle impurities sticking to the coating structure can be cleaned in time; and the coating quality is ensured.
本发明涉及涂料粉刷装置领域,具体的说是一种便于控制涂料涂抹厚度的涂料刷,包括固定杆、伸长结构、粉刷结构、清理结构、注料结构、固定结构、泄压结构和调节结构;粉刷结构在进行粉刷工作的同时,同步带动注料结构进行工作,通过粉刷结构和注料结构的配合使用,能够在进行粉刷的同时,自动的对粉刷结构进行涂料的注入工作,不需要人工反复蘸料或者进行其他涂料工作,既能够节省人力,还能够大大提高粉刷效率,且由于注料结构的注料动力来自于粉刷结构的转动工作,即当粉刷结构不进行工作时,涂料就不会注入粉刷结构,从而能够达到避免涂料浪费的作用,通过清理结构的设置,能够对粉刷结构上粘附的颗粒杂质进行及时的清扫工作,保证粉刷质量。
