The invention discloses an unlocking device of a padlock. The unlocking device comprises a shell, a moving arm, a transmission rod, a fixed arm, a power gear and a transmission shaft. A moving grooveand a power bin which communicate with each other are arranged in a cavity of the shell in the length direction. The transmission rod is limited in the moving groove. The moving groove has the strokeallowing the transmission rod to move. One end of the fixed arm is fixed to the end A of the moving groove, and the other end of the fixed arm extends out from a groove opening of the moving groove tobe inserted into a lock catch ring of the padlock. One end of the moving arm is fixed to the transmission rod, and the other end of the moving arm extends out from the groove opening of the moving groove to be inserted into the lock catch ring of the padlock. The power gear is arranged in the power bin. The transmission shaft transversely penetrates through the middle of the power bin and the root circle of the power gear. The root circle of the power gear is fastened to the transmission shaft. The transmission shaft is provided with teeth engaged with the power gear. The transmission rod moves in the moving groove through engagement of the teeth and the power gear so as to change the distance between the moving arm and the fixed arm.
