Construction process for freezing holes
The invention belongs to the field of freezing method construction, and relates to a construction process for freezing holes. The construction process comprises the following steps that the position of each freezing hole is positioned, the holes are opened, and orifice sealing devices are installed; orifice pressing devices are mounted; the bottom parts of the holes are sealed; measuring is carried out; and a test for watering to add pressure is carried out. According to the construction process for the freezing holes, a secondary hole opening process and a pipe following method are adopted toinstall freezing pipes, and water leakage and sand flow during construction of the freezing holes are avoided; a switch of a valve is used for controlling slurry outlet amount, so that the ground safety is ensured, and settlement cannot occur; a pipe-following method drilling technology is adopted, the number of formation effluent is reduced, and ground settlement is controlled favorably; the freezing pipes are used as drilling rods, casing threads are adopted for connecting spaces between the freezing pipes, connection threads are fastened, and then manual arc welding is used for welding, the concentricity and the welding strength of the freezing pipes are ensured, and head parts are sealed after the freezing pipes reach the design depth.
