Method for preparing concrete toughening and reinforcing additive from waste tires
The invention provides a method for preparing a concrete toughening and reinforcing additive from waste tires, and relates to the technical field of waste tire reutilization. The method comprises thefollowing steps: cleaning and airing the waste tires, mechanically crushing the waste tires, adding the crushed waste tires into a sodium hydroxide solution, adding organic bentonite, filtering, and drying; preparing a polyurethane emulsion; and mixing the rubber particles with mineral powder, diatomite, reinforced fibers and biocolloid, then adding the mixture into the polyurethane emulsion, supplementing a proper amount of water, stirring for 30-40 min at room temperature at 800-1000 r/min, heating the obtained mixture to 40-50 DEG C, stirring for 8-15 min at 200-400 r/min, and naturally cooling the obtained mixture to room temperature. The addition of the prepared additive can greatly improve the compression resistance, the tensile strength and the impact resistance of the concrete, andthe additional treatment on the rubber particles and the composite use of the rubber particles and other components have a great promotion effect on the performance improvement of the additive.
本发明提供一种利用废旧轮胎制造混凝土增韧增强添加剂的方法,涉及废旧轮胎再利用技术领域,包括以下步骤:将废旧轮胎清洗后晾干,机械粉碎加入到氢氧化钠溶液中再加入有机膨润土,过滤,烘干;制备聚氨酯乳液;将上述橡胶颗粒和矿粉、硅藻土、增强纤维、生物胶质混合后加入到上述聚氨酯乳液中,补加适量水,800‑1000r/min室温搅拌30‑40min后,升温至40‑50℃,200‑400r/min搅拌8‑15min,自然冷却至室温即可,本发明所制备的添加剂的加入可以大大提高混凝土的抗压、抗拉强度、抗冲击性能,而且本发明中对橡胶颗粒的额外处理,以及橡胶颗粒与其他成分的复合使用对添加剂性能的提升有很大的促进作用。
