Novel water-permeable material and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of composite materials, and particularly relates to a water-permeable material. The water-permeable material provided by the invention comprises aggregate and an adhesive coating the aggregate, and the adhesive comprises a hydrophilic adhesive main body and a powdery additive. The water-permeable material provided by the invention can form a water-permeable material with good fluidity before being cured, can be directly used for paving a water-permeable pavement, and is high in paving efficiency. In the prior art, large-particle pervious concrete is mostly adopted for paving a pervious type on-site pavement, and the pavement can be paved flatly by a road roller, while the water-permeable material provided by the invention is used as a surface layer material, aggregate is good in flowability and easy to compact and flatly pave, and good flatness is obtained. When the water-permeable material provided by the invention is laid on a road and used as a pavement, rainwater can be preliminarily filtered, and a surface layer formed by the permeable material has a relatively obvious filtering effect on solid particles.

本发明属于复合材料领域，具体涉及一种透水材料。本发明所提供的透水材料，包括骨料和包覆所述骨料的粘接剂，其中，粘接剂包括亲水性粘接剂主体和粉状添加剂。本发明提供的透水材料在固化前能够形成流动性良好的透水材料，该材料可以直接用来进行透水地面的铺设，并且其铺设效率高。现有技术中，透水型现制路面多为采用大颗粒的透水混凝土铺设，此种路面需要压路机才能铺设平整，而将本发明提供的透水型材料作为面层材料，其中骨料的流动性好，易压实铺平，获得较好的平整度。本发明所提供的透水材料铺设于道路用作路面时可初步过滤雨水，由其所形成的面层能够对固体颗粒物有较明显的过滤作用。
