Cement-based grouting material for semi-flexible pavement
The invention discloses a cement-based grouting material for a semi-flexible pavement. The cement-based grouting material comprises, by mass, 25-40 parts of silica fume, 15-20 parts of fly ash, 20-30parts of limestone powder, 3-6 parts of limestone mineral powder, 0.2-0.3 part of triisopropanolamine, 6-8 parts of phenylpropionic acid, 8-10 parts of phthalic anhydride, 6-8 parts of trimethylolpropane, 2-5 parts of a thickening agent, 14-18 parts of rubber powder, 5 parts of a water reducing agent, 3-5 parts of bauxite, 10-12 parts of kaolin, 2-4 parts of iron oxide yellow and 40-50 parts of water. Compared with other grouting materials, the cement-based grouting material for the semi-flexible pavement is rapid in hardening, early in strength, uniform, stable and free of separation after being mixed with water, good in combination with an asphalt mixture and free of shrinkage after being hardened.
