The invention relates to the field of pavement materials, in particular to a cement-based grouting material for crack resistance of a semi-flexible pavement and a preparation method and application thereof.The grouting material is prepared from, by weight, 300-315 parts of water, 4.5-5.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 35-42.5 parts of fly ash, 0.5-2.5 parts of an early strength agent, 470-490 parts of cement, 120-139 parts of superfine sand, 50-68.5 parts of limestone mineral powder and 115-165 parts of an anti-cracking agent. The anti-cracking agent is formed by homogenizing steel slag powder, sulphoaluminate cement and dihydrate gypsum; the cement-based grouting material prepared by the invention is simple in production process, effectively utilizes the characteristic that the volume of the steel slag expands when encountering water, is superior in defect conversion, can effectively improve the volume stability of the cement-based grouting material for the semi-flexible pavement, enhances the interface bonding strength between the cement-based grouting material and a matrix asphalt mixture, and improves the construction performance of the semi-flexible pavement. And the double anti-cracking effect is achieved.
本发明涉及路面材料领域,具体涉及一种半柔性路面抗裂用水泥基灌浆材料及其制备方法和应用,灌浆材料由以下重量份数的原料组成:水:300~315份、减水剂:4.5~5.5份、粉煤灰:35~42.5份、早强剂:0.5~2.5份、水泥:470~490份、特细砂:120~139份、石灰岩矿粉:50~68.5份、抗裂剂:115~165份,所述抗裂剂由钢渣粉、硫铝酸盐水泥和二水石膏均化而成;本发明制备的水泥基灌浆材料生产工艺简单,有效利用钢渣遇水体积膨胀的特点,转缺为优,可以有效地提高半柔性路面用水泥基灌浆材料的体积稳定性能,同时增强了水泥基灌浆材料与基体沥青混合料之间的界面结合强度,起到了双重抗裂效果。
