The invention discloses a filler for sealing a negative electrode of a high-temperature graphitization furnace. According to the invention, the characteristics of clay, bentonite and ultrafine powderare utilized to ensure the workability of a sealing filler, and silicon carbide, carbon black or graphite and other antioxidant components are added into the filler and can react with air preferentially to ensure that the negative electrode of a electrode is not oxidized by [O] in the air; the high-temperature reaction characteristics of kyanite, andalusite, quartz, MgO and other components in thefiller ensure the high-temperature expansion performance of the filler to block an air channel so as to prolong the service life of the negative electrode; so that the sealing filler can prolong theservice life of the high-temperature graphitization kiln.
