The invention provides a spraying quick-setting waterproof coating for marine corrosion prevention and a preparation method and construction method thereof. The spraying quick-setting waterproof coating is composed of a material A and a material B, wherein the material A is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 65 percent of emulsified asphalt, 27 to 50 percent of arubber emulsion, 8 to 20 percent of a zinc oxide dispersion liquid, 5 to 15 percent of filler slurry, 0.05 to 3 percent of a sodium silicate aqueous solution, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of an anti-aging agent, 0.03 to 0.08 percent of a mildew-proof bacteriostatic agent and 0.1 to 0.3 percent of a defoaming agent, and the material B consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 20 percent of a chloride ion-free soluble metal salt, 1 to 5 percent of ethylene glycol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and the balance of deionized water. The prepared waterproof coatingfilm for marine corrosion prevention is good in chloride ion permeability resistance and good in waterproof and antibacterial effects, and can be used for marine building waterproofing.
本发明提供了一种海洋防腐用喷涂速凝防水涂料及其制备和施工方法。本发明由A料和B料组成，按重量百分比计，A料由以下组分组成：乳化沥青40～65%、橡胶乳液27～50%、氧化锌分散液8～20%、填料浆5～15%、硅酸钠水溶液0.05～3%、防老剂1.5～2.5%、防霉抑菌剂0.03～0.08%、消泡剂0.1～0.3%；B料由以下组分组成：不含氯离子的可溶性金属盐5～20%、乙二醇1～5%、烷基聚氧乙烯醚0.1～0.5%，其余为去离子水。本发明制备的海洋防腐用防水涂膜抗氯离子渗透性好、防水及抑菌效果好，可用于海洋建筑防水。
