The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and discloses a non-asphalt-based spraying quick-setting waterborne polyurethane waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof coating comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials: deionized water, a composite waterborne polyurethane dispersion, a pigment filler, a flame retardant, a freeze-thaw stabilizer, a pH regulator, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, a dispersing agent, a coalescing agent, a thickening agent, an adhesion promoter, a bactericidal preservative and an anti-aging agent; and the component B is a coagulation accelerator and consists of an inorganic metal salt solution and an additive. The waterproof coating can reach more than 500% of elongation at break, tensile strength exceeding 2MPa, B1-level flame retardant property, ultralow temperature resistance and freeze-thaw stability, can be solidified after 2-4 seconds after being sprayed and constructed to a thickness of 0.5-5mm at one time, greatly saves construction time and construction cost, and has physical properties comparable to solvent type polyurethane and higher environmental protection performance.
本发明属于涂料技术领域,公开了一种非沥青基喷涂速凝水性聚氨酯防水涂料及制备方法。本发明的防水涂料包括A组分和B组分,其中A组分的原料组成为去离子水,复合水性聚氨酯分散体,颜填料,阻燃剂,冻融稳定剂,pH调节剂,消泡剂,润湿剂,分散剂,成膜助剂,增稠剂,附着力促进剂,杀菌防腐剂,抗老化剂;B组分为促凝剂,由无机金属盐溶液和外加剂组成。该防水涂料可达到500%以上的断裂延伸率以及超过2MPa的拉伸强度,B1级阻燃性能以及耐超低温和冻融稳定性,一次性喷涂施工到0.5~5mm厚度,2~4s后即可凝固,大量节省了施工时间和施工费用,且具有可媲美溶剂型聚氨酯的物理性能和更高的环保性能。
