The invention discloses a wear-resistant water permeable pavement formed by stacking a bonding material. The binding material is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of phenolic resin, 65-85 parts of polyacrylate, 15-20 parts of chlorinated polypropylene, 5-10 parts of rosin modified phenolic resin, 5-8 parts of ferrous sulfate, 5-8 parts of high-oleic-acid-content vegetable oil, 1 to 1.5 parts of acrylonitrile-vinyl chloride copolymer fibers, 25 to 40 parts of titanium slag micro powder, 2-4 parts of ethylene glycol, 3-5 parts of dimethyl carbonate, 6-8 parts ofphenylpropionic acid, 30 parts of ferroferric oxide, 4-6 parts of bast fibers, 6-10 parts of glass fibers, 20 parts of aluminum silicate fibers, 3 parts of sodium aluminum phosphate, 15 parts of limestone powder, 14-18 parts of rubber powder, 5-8 parts of alkyl silicate, 10-15 parts of silicon dioxide and 20-30 parts of water. The bonding material used in the invention can enhance the contact areabetween aggregates of the permeable pavement, thereby enhancing the strength and wear resistance of the permeable pavement.
