The invention discloses a bionic wear-resistant permeable pavement brick and a preparation method thereof, the pavement brick comprises a base brick body and a surface layer covering the surface of the base brick body, and the surface of the surface layer is provided with a groove-like structure imitating biological skin; and the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by mass: 8-12 parts of epoxy resin, 5-7 parts of flexible fibers and 100-141 parts of quartz sand of 20-40 meshes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a water permeable brick base layer, then applying molding pressure on the surface of the water permeable brick base layer by using a pressing block with a biomimetic skin groove-like structure to prepare the surface layer, and naturally curing to obtain the bionic wear-resistant water permeable pavement brick. According to the invention, the surface of the water permeable brick with the multi-channel biological skin structure is designed macroscopically, the internal structure of the water permeable brick is designed microcosmically, the wear resistance is improved by improving the strength of an aggregate, increasing the toughness of a cementing material and using a cavity manufactured after single fine aggregate falls off in the wear process as a buffer zone, and the wear resistance of the obtained water permeable brick is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种仿生耐磨透水路面砖及其制备方法,该路面砖包括基层砖体和覆盖在基层砖体表面的面层,其中面层表面具有仿生物表皮的类沟槽结构;面层按质量份数计,包括8~12份环氧树脂、5~7份柔性纤维和100~141份20~40目的石英砂。首先制作得到透水砖基层,然后在其表面用带有仿生物表皮的类沟槽结构的压块施加成型压力制作面层,自然养护即得仿生耐磨透水路面砖。本发明从宏观上设计多沟道类生物表皮结构透水砖表面,从微观上设计透水砖内部结构,通过提升骨料强度,增加胶凝材料韧性,以及利用磨损过程中单一细骨料脱落后制造的空穴作为缓冲带提升耐磨性能,所得透水砖耐磨性有显著提升。
