Construction method of plate-shaped concrete prefabricated pavement
The invention provides a construction method of a plate-shaped concrete prefabricated pavement. The plate manufacturing steps of the construction method of the prefabricated pavement are as follows: manufacturing a prefabricated plate; batching the prefabricated plate; forming holes in the prefabricated plate; in order to reduce stress concentration in the later period of trepanning and improve the tensile capacity of the lower portion of the prefabricated plate, arranging steel bars, steel bar meshes, dowel bars and hoisting steel bars; installing the prefabricated plate, before the prefabricated plate is installed, cleaning a base layer, installing leveling instruments at the four corners of each plate, and determining the flatness of each plate after the prefabricated plate is completely installed; and performing welding and grouting on the plate with the flatness detected, wherein the grouting thickness ranges from 30 mm to 50 mm, and finally gaps between the grouted plates are filled with special asphalt. The selected materials for manufacturing the prefabricated plate are uniform, good in particle shape, firm in texture, clean and free of harmful substances, the strength of the manufactured prefabricated plate is high, reinforcement is conducted on the prefabricated plate, stress concentration in the later period of trepanning is reduced, and the tensile capacity of the lower portion of the prefabricated plate is enhanced.
本发明提供一种板块化混凝土预制路面施工方法,所述预制路面施工方法的板块制作步骤为:制作预制板;给预制板配料;对预制板进行开孔;为减小开孔后期应力集中和增加预制板下部抗拉能力,故应配钢筋、钢筋网片、传力杆以及吊装钢筋;对预制板进行安装,在预制板在安装前,应对基层清理,并在每张板的四个角处安装找平器械,将预制板全部安装完毕后确认每块板的平整度;对检测完平整度的板进行焊接和注浆,注浆厚度在30‑50mm间,最后将注浆完的板间缝隙用专用沥青灌满。本发明选取的制作预制板的材料均匀粒形良好、质地坚固、洁净、且无有害物质,制作出来的预制板的强度较大,并且对预制板进行配筋减小了开孔后期应力集中和增强了预制板下部抗拉能力。
