The invention discloses a pier support rapid replacement device which comprises a jack and a sliding rail mechanism; the sliding rail mechanism is provided with a base, and the base is arranged to betrapezoidal; sliding rails are arranged on the base, sliding plates matched with sliding grooves are arranged in the sliding rails in a sliding connection mode; a fixing seat for fixing the jack is arranged on the upper surface of the sliding plate; the jack is arranged on the fixing seat; stay wire connecting winches are arranged at the front and rear ends of the sliding plate; the winches are arranged on the motor in a chaining manner. According to the pier support rapid replacement device, a series of positioning structures and electric devices are arranged; the part which originally needsto be manually operated during replacement and installation is determined and set before; during replacement, the base is directly placed below a support, then the jack and the motor are sequentiallystarted, the support can be lengthened, then the support is replaced with the jack, the motor and the jack in sequence at the same position, replacement is completed, the replacement time is greatly shortened, and accidents are prevented.
本发明公开了一种桥墩支座快速跟换装置，包括千斤顶和滑轨机构；所述滑轨机构设置有底座，所述底座设置为梯形；底座上设置有滑轨，滑轨内滑接设置有与滑槽相适配的滑板，滑板的上表面设置有固定千斤顶的固定座，所述千斤顶设置在固定座上，滑板的前后端链接设置有拉线连接绞盘，绞盘链接设置在电机上，本装置通过设置一系列的定位结构和电动设置，将原本需要在更换安装时人工操作的部分在之前就已经确定设置好，跟换时，直接将底座放置到支座下，然后依次启动千斤和电机就能够拉长支座，然后在同样的位置换上支座依次千斤顶‑电机‑千斤顶，完成更换，极大的减少了跟换的时间，防止意外的发生。
